Welcome to Queued Up Festival. By purchasing a ticket or attending our event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final. Queued Up Festival does not offer refunds or exchanges unless the event is cancelled or significantly altered by the organizers. In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be notified via the email provided at checkout.

2. Minors & Accompanied Attendance

Queued Up Festival is open to attendees of all ages. However, guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times during the event. The accompanying adult assumes full responsibility for the minor's safety and conduct.

3. Photo & Video Consent

By attending Queued Up Festival, you grant Queued Up Festival and its affiliates (River and Roots LLC) the irrevocable, royalty-free right to photograph, film, and record your likeness and voice during the event. These images and recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes across any media, including social media, websites, and print, without further notice or compensation.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify event staff upon arrival.

4. Liability Waiver

By attending Queued Up Festival, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Attendance at the event is voluntary and at your own risk.
• Queued Up Festival and River and Roots LLC are not responsible for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to persons or property occurring during the event.
• You release Queued Up Festival, River and Roots LLC, their officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your attendance.
• You agree to comply with all event rules, staff instructions, and applicable laws while on the premises.

5. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to treat fellow guests, performers, and staff with respect. Queued Up Festival reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or in violation of these terms, without refund.

6. Changes to These Terms

Queued Up Festival reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
